Workshop developed and facilitated as part of the public programme of the exhibition Activist Choreographies of Care, a project connected to perfocraZe International Artist Residency (pIAR), Kumasi, presented at nGbK Berlin.
The workshop approached care as something that can be shaped collectively: as protection, solidarity, attention and resistance. Starting from the exhibition, students worked with visual details, textile materials and their own bodies to create temporary collective images in which care became visible, tactile and shareable.

Activist Choreographies of Care was an exhibition at nGbK Berlin developed in relation to perfocraZe International Artist Residency (pIAR), Kumasi. The project centred queer artistic positions, care, resistance and the political threat of anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation in Ghana.
